William J. Booth | Principal

Bill began his career as a graphic designer at Steigler Wells Advertising agency, and was responsible for the creation and development of ad campaigns, corporate identity and collateral materials for regional and national clients.

With agency experience in hand, Bill looked for new opportunities on the corporate side and accepted a position with National Liberty Corporation, a direct response insurance company. During his 5-year tenure at NLC, he was responsible for the creation and management of multi-million dollar direct response programs for third party clients such as Wells Fargo Bank, Sun Oil, Exxon and Shell Oil.

Bill left National Liberty to launch Booth Bay Creative in January 1986. He recognized his potential in the industry and envisioned building a creative agency with unmatched attention to clients’ needs. With a client-centric vision and a passion to help those clients succeed, Booth Bay Creative has evolved into an award-wining, innovative and integrated marketing agency. For over 25 years, the agency has been delivering unprecedented results for clients such as SEI Investments, Prudential Insurance, Project Management Institute, Corporate Synergies, CIGNA and more.

To fuel his competitive nature, Bill has coached ice hockey for over 18 years. He has coached both of his sons’ teams for over 15 years. He is currently coaching varsity hockey for Spring-Ford High School in Collegeville. He also enjoys photography, and vacationing with his family.

Naomi Milnes | Account Service Director

With over 10 years of experience building and strengthening client relationships at Booth Bay Creative, Naomi goes above and beyond client expectations to deliver creative objectives and generate results. As the primary liaison between the client and Booth Bay Creative team, Naomi oversees the Account Services department, ensuring every client is happy and deliverables are consistently met. She facilitates the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns, including corporate identity programs, website development, online marketing, direct mail initiatives, collateral materials, print advertising, and more.

During her time at Booth Bay Creative, Naomi has developed successful partnerships with countless organizations such as, SEI, Project Management Institute, Corporate Synergies, Strid Wealth Management Group, and more.

Prior to joining Booth Bay in 2002, Naomi worked for Merck & Co in Manhattan as a pharmaceutical sales representative. She was responsible for the development and execution of strategies to meet sales goals, the management of product budgets and the coordination of promotional programs.

In her spare time, Naomi enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Thomas Brill | Creative Director

As Creative Director at Booth Bay, Tom relies on more than 20 years of design and production experience to guide our creative team. It is hard to find a design challenge that he has not taken head-on and conquered with results that continually surpassed client expectations. Tom draws on his in-depth knowledge of production to create powerful designs that achieve the clients’ objectives and reproduce beautifully in print and online.

His thirst for learning and applying innovative techniques is evident in the creative strategies he brings to the table. Whether tackling a paper promotion for a global paper manufacturer, an annual report for a financial institution or the design of this website, Tom brings passion and tenacity to every project he touches.

Prior to working at Booth Bay Creative, Tom worked at NDW Communications for 14 years, a boutique agency. Tom proved to be a world-class, award-winning creative director, continually impressing companies such as, BASF, Independence Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Fox River Paper Company, MREAL Paper Company, Continental Bank, Univest Bank, and The Please Touch Museum.

Tom is enjoying great success in his critical role at Booth Bay Creative and continues to embrace the new challenges each client offers. In his spare time he enjoys photography, fishing and camping, karate, and spending time with his family.

Nicole Wyatt | Director of Accounting & Operations

Nicole has been a part of the Booth Bay Creative team since 1996. She oversees the day-to-day operations and heads the accounting department. She is an instrumental asset in all back-end business functions, and a key figurehead in keeping the company organized and running smoothly.

Nicole is engaged as a volunteer for both community and non-profit organizations. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, creating her own brand of creative crafts and exhibiting those at craft shows.

Jaclyn Stratten | Marketing Coordinator

Jaclyn joined the Account Services team at Booth Bay Creative in early 2011, and helps to ensure the needs of all clients are consistently met. With a background in communications and business, she helps facilitate collateral materials, direct mail initiatives, research, online marketing, and more. She manages the social media accounts for Booth Bay Creative, growing the firm’s online presence and influence on a daily basis.

Prior to joining Booth Bay Creative, Jaclyn worked for Jenna Communications in Philadelphia. As the PR Manager, she was responsible for managing social media accounts, newsletters, maintaining positive client and media relations, and assisting with new business development and event planning.

In her spare time, Jaclyn enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, and vacationing at the beach.

John Griffith | SEO Specialist

John has been partnering with Booth Bay Creative for three years. He brings over 25-years experience in technology marketing, including positions with companies in the telecommunications, product information management, pharmaceutical consulting and software development sectors.

John is an asset to the team with expertise including search engine optimization consulting, search engine marketing consulting, search marketing strategy, search friendly web design, local search expert, Place Page Optimization and marketing, local directory marketing, video optimization, WordPress optimization, mobile, social and video marketing.


Debbie Albert | Business Communications Expert

Booth Bay Creative added to its roster of services with its strategic partnership with Debbie Albert. As a specialist in strategic communications and public relations, Debbie is always on the cutting edge of media trends and implementation.

With over three decades of journalism and communications experience, she crafts both internal and external business communications strategies. Considered an expert in crisis and issues management and media relations, Debbie brings extensive experience in corporate, C-suite, and employee communications to Booth Bay’s clients.

For 15 years, Debbie was with ARAMARK, running a department which handled global communications for the $13-billion corporation.   She spent the early part of her career in journalism — at CNN in Washington, DC, followed by stints at WPVI-TV Channel 6 Action News and KYW-TV (now CBS3) in Philadelphia.

Debbie enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
